Every user signs a Community Conservation policy.

Therefore all FarWide guests are required to sign a Community Conservation policy stating they leave your property better off than it was before they arrived. As a landowner, it costs you nothing to list your offering. Upon agreement we work directly with you to help discuss scheduling, pricing and what you’re offering as access. Then we add your property to our website and we market your offering and handle payment upon reservations. All you have to do is sit back, relax and collect checks. Its that simple.

If you believe your property offers any hunting, angling or recreational value, then we’d love to work with you. Whether its acres of upland bird cover, private water access or a single deer stand on your farm we know there’s someone who would love to experience it.

All FarWide users are conservation-minded and required to sign and adhere to FarWide’s Community Conservation Policy, requiring them to leave your property better off than it was before they arrived. Disrespecting or damaging private property is not tolerated and will result in users banned from booking future experiences.

If you list your property on our website, we automatically enroll your property into FarWide’s Conservation Trust. From this we select a few landowners to receive eligible resources for conservation projects. We also partner with other local conservation organizations.
